Grooming sessions are conducted in a quiet room with no distractions or stimulations for the dog.  The environment is designed like a massage therapy studio.

We do not put your dog in a kennel to dry them with a fan.  Your dog will get personalized care.

We groom 1 dog at a time.  In order to maximize profits when offering cheap prices, a typical grooming model is to book many dogs and work on several at a time.  

We use ONLY the highest quality premium grooming products from brands such as iGroom.  

The amount of experience and knowledge base of professional groomers is invaluable.  Virtually all professionals are compensated based on their time rather than on pricing a specific service.  We will consult with you on the factors that determine how long our services will take and provide you an estimate prior to booking the appointment.  Please remember that typical package pricing incentives rushing through the process and promoting quantity over quality.

Most appointments take anywhere from 1 to 2 hrs to complete, however for larger or hairier breeds and/or dogs that are getting additional spa treatments and/or detailed styles/haircuts, we may ask for 3 hrs+ to complete. Don't worry! Your pup will receive water breaks when needed (please let them relieve themselves before you come in for your appointment).  We will provide you an estimate prior to booking the services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least A FULL 48 HOURS notice to avoid cancellation fees.  If you cancel within 48 hours, the first instance will incur a charge of 50%.  After the first instance cancellation charges are 100%. In some cases, arriving more than 15 minutes late will require a cancellation, rescheduling, or the need to reduce the services performed due to time constraints.  Please understand that canceling or failing to show up is lost income for our groomers and takes allocated time off our availability that could have been used for other clients such as yourself.

The cost is based on the breed of the dog, what services your desire, the condition of the coat, and the temperament and willingness of your dog. All pets are different. As hard as you try to describe your dog’s hair, behavior and what you want done over the phone, without seeing your dog or meeting your dog, we cannot give you an EXACT PRICE over the phone - only an approximation. Please note we keep very precise records, so after your dogs first experience with us, our ability to precisely price packages increases.

Establishments that have flat package pricing incentives them to rush the process.  A typical grooming establishment makes the economics work by grooming as many dogs in a day as possible.  Additionally, because of the vast number of variables involved, it is impossible to have a high touch low stress service at Walmart prices.  Our groomers are consummate professionals with vast experience and credentialed training, and as such, they are to be treated and compensated in the same manner as all other professionals.
